The 30-Night Sleep Trial

We make everything to order, which means you are buying something you have never touched, from a brand you may have just met. So we take that risk off you completely.

Wear it. Wash it. Sleep in it for 30 nights. If it is not right — the fit, the feel, the color, the print, any reason at all — email us and we will refund you in full.

And you do not need to send anything back. No return label, no trip to the post office, no shipping fee, no waiting for it to cross an ocean before you see your money.

Keep the piece. Pass it to a friend who is expecting. Donate it to a family who needs it. We would far rather it end up somewhere it is loved than spend three weeks in a shipping container coming back to us.

What is covered

Everything. Standard prints, made-to-order pieces, personalized items with your little one's name embroidered on them, custom photo pieces, bundles, sale and clearance items — all of it.

Yes, that includes personalized items. We know most brands make those final sale. We think asking you to gamble on something with your baby's name stitched into it, sight unseen, is exactly the wrong place to be strict.

How to use it

1. Email us at joeybamboo.since96@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.

2. Tell us in a line or two what was not right. You do not need to justify it — but it genuinely helps us make the next piece better.

3. We confirm and refund you in full to your original payment method. If you would prefer store credit instead, just say so and we will send it as a digital gift card.

There is no step four. Nothing to pack, nothing to ship, nothing to print out.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged

Contact us straight away at joeybamboo.since96@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer — and we will sort it immediately rather than making you wait out the trial period.

A quick note on bamboo

Small marks or indentations from folding in transit, and gentle pilling over time, are natural characteristics of delicate bamboo fabric rather than faults. Transit marks usually disappear after the first wash. That said, if you are not happy with your piece for this or any other reason, the 30-Night Sleep Trial still covers you — you never have to argue the point with us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at joeybamboo.since96@gmail.com and we will chase it up.

Bundles

If you bought an item as part of a bundle, your refund is based on the discounted price you actually paid for that item within the bundle, not its full individual retail price.

Fair use

This trial is offered in good faith, to real families deciding whether our pieces are right for their little one. We reserve the right to decline a request where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated claims across many separate orders. In practice, this almost never comes up.
