Welcome to Joey Bamboo. These Terms & Conditions explain how our store works and the agreement you enter into when you shop with us. By browsing our site and placing an order, you agree to everything set out below, so please take a moment to read through it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase made through the Joey Bamboo website. We may update them from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements, and the version published on our site at the time you order is the one that applies to your purchase. 2. Our products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, including colors, fabrics, and measurements. That said, slight variations can occur — screens display color differently, and being handmade or printed to order, no two items are ever perfectly identical. These small differences are part of the character of our pieces and are not considered faults.

All products are subject to availability. We may add, remove, or change items at any time without notice.

3. Payment

How you can pay

Payments on the Joey Bamboo store are processed securely through Payoneer Checkout, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. You don't need an account with the provider to check out — simply enter your card details on the secure payment page. We're working on adding more ways to pay, so keep an eye out.

Prices and currency

Everything on our store is priced and billed in US Dollars (USD $). If your card or bank account is held in another currency, the conversion and any related fees are handled by your bank or payment provider, not by us.

When and how your order is confirmed

Your payment is taken in full the moment you place your order. Most payments clear right away, though occasionally it can take a few hours to appear on our end. Either way, we only begin making your order once the payment has cleared — and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as it does. Aside from any fee your bank or payment provider may charge, we don't add surcharges, and we don't offer installment or pay-later options at this stage.

Keeping your details safe

Your payment is handled on our payment provider's encrypted, secure servers from start to finish. That means your card and banking information never passes through or sits on the Joey Bamboo website — we simply don't have access to it, which is exactly how we like it.

If something doesn't go through

Payments can occasionally stall or fail, often for something as simple as a card limit or a typo. If that happens, just try again, and we'll email you if we spot an issue on our side. Orders that stay unpaid may be released or canceled.

A quick note on pricing

Prices can change at any time, and on the rare occasion a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Order modifications and cancellations

We know that sometimes you change your mind the moment you hit "buy" — a wrong size, a new delivery address, or one more item you meant to add. We'll always try to help, but because everything we sell is made to order, there's a short window to make changes before production begins.

The window

You can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is released to production and cut, printed or embroidered specifically for you, which means we're no longer able to adjust or cancel it.

How to request a change

Email us at joeybamboo.since96@gmail.com as soon as you can, and include:

• Your order number
• Exactly what you'd like changed (or that you'd like to cancel)

We'll reply to confirm once the change or cancellation has actually been made — please treat it as done only once you've received that confirmation from us, not before.

Personalized and custom items

Orders with a name, embroidery, photo or any custom detail are made just for you, so once they enter production they can't be changed or canceled, and delivery estimates for these pieces are a guide rather than a guarantee.

They are, however, fully covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial once they reach you — see section 6 below.

Cancellations from our side

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error occurs or payment can't be verified. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full to your original payment method.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you've read and agree to the points above.

5. Shipping and delivery

We don't hold stock. Every Joey Bamboo item is made to order and dispatched from our production partners in Vietnam and China, shipped directly to you. We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations.

Because each piece is made after you order, total delivery time is production time plus shipping time — typically around 2.5 to 3.5 weeks depending on the item. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

6. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial. If your piece isn't right for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method, or issue store credit if you prefer.

You don't need to send anything back to us. There is no return address and no return shipping cost — keep the item, pass it on, or donate it.

The trial covers all items, including personalized, custom photo, bundle and sale pieces. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Joey Bamboo site — including our logo, product images, designs, prints, and written content — belongs to Joey Bamboo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Joey Bamboo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live, which always apply in addition to these terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
